Get your MP3s
Download your MP3 audiobooks to your phone for upload to Boppo.
Upload to Boppo
Open the Audiobooks tab in the Boppo app. Press "Add New" and select MP3 files.
Press Play!
Play your audiobook by selecting within the app or on your Boppo tablet.

Not sure where to get your audiobooks? Here are a few places we recommend:
- Libro.FM - You can purchase through your local bookstore on this platform.
- Downpour - Purchase files from their huge selection.
- AudioBooksNow - Affordable annual membership.
- LibriVox - Free audiobooks read by volunteers.
- Storynory- Free original audiobooks.
Note: Audiobook files can be very large and may take a while to upload depending on the strength of your connection.
Heads up!
Some popular services lock their audiobooks so they can only play inside their own apps. The following will not work for uploading to Boppo:
- Audible: Files are locked in Audible's own format and can't be exported as MP3.
- Apple Books: Will only play on Apple products.
- Kobo: Files are wrapped in a proprietary format tied to Kobo devices only.
- Pinna, Spotify, Tales2Go: These are streaming only platforms.
