When Boppo is in pairing mode you can add a new Wi-Fi network and/or add a new phone that can control Boppo.  When Boppo is in pairing mode an orange light is rotating around the device. To get Boppo in pairing mode:

1. On Boppo, go to the "Settings" menu by pressing the "Home" and "Power" buttons at the same time.
2. Go to "Wi-Fi Settings"
3. Select "Add a Wi-Fi Network"

Boppo should now be in pairing mode. On the phone app click "Setup a Tablet" in either the devices drop down in the top right or in the Settings tab.
