Soft Reset

If Boppo is frozen or otherwise not responding, you can do a soft reset by:

1. Unplugging Boppo from the charger
2. Holding the power button for 30 full seconds

This resets the device but no data is deleted.

Factory Reset

A factory reset will restore settings back to their factory defaults (including Wifi settings). It will NOT delete uploaded music or audiobooks. You can perform a factory reset by:

1. Pressing the "Home" then "Power" buttons at the same time to get to the "Settings" menu.
2. Press the Red button twice to enter the Factory Reset activity.
3. Press and hold the red button
4. Wait until the reset has completed which may take a minute.
