Boppo is building an interactive play platform for kids with our sold-out screen-free tablet. After successfully launching in November 2025, we’re ready to grow the marketing team and scale. We’re a product-led, content-driven brand at an exciting inflection point, moving from early traction into meaningful growth, passionate about bringing families together for learning and fun.

The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own Boppo’s paid growth engine end-to-end. This role is central to our ambition to grow meaningfully by building a full-funnel marketing strategy that grows both new users and LTV. This role is responsible for customer acquisition efficiency, experimentation, and translating insights into action across paid media, landing pages, and supporting creative.

This is a hands-on operator role. You will be in the accounts, in the data, and in the creative feedback loop daily. You will have team support to succeed, but you must have a strategic mind, move quickly, and be willing to jump in when needed. The ability to navigate some ambiguity is a must.

What You’ll Own

Paid Acquisition & Performance

  • Own Meta, Google, and future paid channels end-to-end

  • Manage budgets with a clear CAC and ROAS framework

  • Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns daily

  • Build and maintain clean account structure and naming conventions

Experimentation & Optimization

  • Design and run structured creative and audience tests

  • Partner with Creative and Content to shape and amplify high-performing ads

  • Own landing page and PDP optimization (CRO)

  • Translate test results into clear learnings and next actions

Analytics & Insight

  • Track performance across priority metrics and cohort behavior

  • Produce weekly and monthly performance readouts

  • Identify leading indicators and risks early

  • Uncover the why behind the performance to leverage for future campaigns

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative, Content, and Lifecycle to ensure alignment and proper planning

  • Connect paid performance to influencer, organic, and campaign efforts

  • Support product launches and seasonal moments with clear GTM plans

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing

  • You have a proven track record of scaling growth profitably at an early stage startup.

  • You have hands-on experience running ad campaigns across Meta, Tiktok, and Google Ads.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data

  • Experience optimizing for purchases, not just clicks

  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment

  • You are strategic while also rolling up your sleeves to execute.

  • Mission-driven and brand aligned in bringing families of all kinds together for learning and fun!

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with consumer hardware or e-commerce brands

  • Familiarity with CRO, landing page testing, and PDP optimization

  • Experience collaborating closely with creative teams

  • Exposure to influencer-driven or content-led growth

Compensation

Compensation for this role ranges from $40-50/hourly depending on experience and skills. Note that this is an hourly contractor position for 40 hours per week with opportunity to transition to an in-house salaried role.
